40 DAYS OF ANCESTRAL GOLD
A Practice to Heal Lineage & Restore Spiritual Wealth
Live Online Fridays
10-11am US PST / 12-1pm US CST
Feb 13 - Mar 27, 2026
What becomes possible when you recognize support as your ancestral inheritance – not something you have to earn alone?
40 Days of Ancestral Gold is a donation-based practice rooted in Sri Sukta—an ancient sacred song to Nature's forces of nourishment, support, and continuity. Together we'll explore how these mantras help us shift generational patterns of scarcity and reconnect to the support that's always been present.
Co-hosted by Stephanie Chee Barea and Amie Heeter, we will explore abundance as an ancestral connection—not something you achieve alone, but something you receive from what came before.
Through sound and steady practice, we’ll explore how to:
soften the habit of doing everything alone
offer blessings to ancestors who lived in survival mode
sense what in your lineage is intact, resourced, and still available
extend care forward to all of nature
-
You sense your family lineage carries both wounds and wisdom around worthiness and wealth
You're ready to explore prosperity as something inherited and tended
You want a contemplative practice rooted in ancient tradition and time-tested practice
You lead others and need to resource yourself from deeper wells—ancestral and spiritual
You're curious about how to transform inherited beliefs of scarcity and separateness

Sri Sukta is a cluster of 16 ancient Sanskrit mantras from the Rig Veda that honor the life‑giving forces of nature—growth, beauty, steadiness, nourishment, and grace. For centuries, these sounds have been used to help people attune their nervous systems to harmony and inner prosperity.
In this practice, we approach Sri Sukta not as rote learning but as something to listen to and live with. Through repetition and resonance, the practice gently loosens patterns of scarcity, isolation, or unworthiness and replaces them with a felt sense of wholeness.
You don’t need prior experience with chanting, meditation, or Vedic texts. The teachings are translated into accessible language and embodied practices that meet you where you are.
This is more than a course. It’s a living, breathing relationship with sacred sound that grows stronger every day you return to it.
What To Expect
Daily Mantra & Meditation Practice
Time commitment: 10–25 minutes daily
You'll work primarily with the 9th mantra of Sri Sukta throughout the 40 days, while also building fluency with the complete 16-mantra practice. Through daily repetition with mantra 9, you'll attune to the Sacred Feminine as the unconquerable source of support—the eternal nourishment that flows through generations, the patient foundation that holds both what flourished and what struggled in your lineage.
During live sessions, you'll learn all 16 mantras through call-and-response practice, giving you the option to expand your daily practice to include the full Sri Sukta as you become comfortable with each mantra.
The mantras are taught in Sanskrit with transliteration, translation, and deep contextual exploration—no previous experience required.
Contemplative Prompts & Self-Inquiry
Daily contemplation and self-inquiry prompts arrive in your inbox to deepen your engagement with themes of:
How your lineage has been enriched by what came before—both wisdom and struggle
The unshakeable inheritance (duradharsham) that survives in your bloodline despite hardship
Sensing ancestors through subtle presence—like fragrance that pervades everything
What it means to receive nourishment (nitya pushtam) from a lineage you didn't choose
Stewarding your spiritual inheritance for those who come after you
These self-revealing practices awaken your capacity to see lineage as living inheritance and yourself as part of nature's patient, inexhaustible cycles.
Ancestral Healing Through Sound

Recognize inherited patterns around scarcity and worthiness
Offer blessing to ancestors who carried survival wounds
Request grace for descendants not yet born
Become a conduit of restoration in your lineage
This is sonic, energetic, and spiritual work that transforms at the level of vibration.

-
No. This practice is designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Everything is guided and explained in accessible language. The Sanskrit mantra includes transliteration (phonetic spelling), translation, rhythm and melody to enhance learning.
-
Most daily practices take 10–25 minutes, depending on your pace. Weekly live gatherings are approximately 60 minutes. Total time commitment: roughly 2–3 hours per week. You're encouraged to meet the practice with consistency, not perfection.
-
No. While this mantra comes from the ancient Vedic tradition and invokes the Sacred Feminine consciousness of abundance (known in the tradition as Lakshmi or Sri), this offering is non-dogmatic and experiential. You're invited to engage with these vibrational frequencies in a way that aligns with your personal beliefs. Many students from diverse spiritual backgrounds find deep resonance with this practice.
-
Memorization is encouraged but not required. We provide recordings, transliteration guides, and support for your learning process. Many students find that the mantra naturally settles into memory through daily repetition—and there's something powerful about carrying it in your body without needing to reference the page.
-
You don't need to know specific ancestral stories or genealogy. This practice works energetically and spiritually—invoking blessing for the lineage you carry in your body, whether you know their names or not. Many students find that the practice itself reveals ancestral patterns and wisdom they weren't consciously aware of.
-
This practice doesn't require your lineage to be pure or healed. Karishinim (that which nourishes) teaches that everything—joy and suffering, success and failure—contributes to what gets passed forward. Your work is to receive what's there and steward it for those who come after, not to judge what came before.
-
Life happens. All weekly gatherings are recorded and available in your private portal. Miss a day of practice? Simply begin again. The container holds you whether you're perfectly consistent or beautifully imperfect.
-
We believe accessibility and trust are core expressions of abundance. Donation-based exchange allows each participant to contribute in a way that feels honest and sustainable. Suggested donation ranges are provided during enrollment, and no one is turned away for lack of funds.
What Students Say
-
Sue C., E-RYT 200
“Before beginning my studies with Stephanie, I wasn’t even aware there was a reality of the Divine Feminine. I love mantra, and am in awe of the mysterious way it is creating a sense of ‘enoughness’ in me that I’ve only hoped for over many years. The depth of knowledge, the language, and perfect word choice that Stephanie somehow always seems to find opens me. I begin to melt into who I truly am. I feel such gratitude to have somehow been guided to this ongoing course and to Stephanie as a teacher.”
-
Sarah H., RN, E-RYT 500
“Stephanie’s mantra courses are powerful offerings, beautifully presented! I can feel Stephanie's dharmic alignment pulsing through; authentic and with integrity. When shadow comes up on the seeker's path, as we know it will, there is no doubt the fire and the mantra and will transform it.”
-
Barbara S., RN, E-RYT 500
“Mantra tends to and strengthens my connection to the highest source of wisdom that is deeply embedded in my being. Thank you, Stephanie, for creating this container of support that focuses on illuminating the power of my soul and spirit. I feel blessed to have Stephanie as a guide and teacher in my life!”
“We live in a vibratory universe. We create, sustain, and amplify the frequencies we hold and feed..."
