40 DAYS OF ANCESTRAL GOLD
A Practice to Heal Lineage & Restore Spiritual Wealth
Live Online Fridays
10-11am US PST / 12-1pm US CST
October 9 - Nov 20, 2026
What becomes possible when you recognize the ancestor already living in you as steady, ever-present – your inheritance all the way back to the stars?
40 Days of Ancestral Gold is a donation-based practice challenge rooted in Sri Sukta — an ancient sacred song to Nature's forces of nourishment, support, and continuity. Together we'll work with these mantras to shift patterns of scarcity and reconnect to the support that's always been present.
Co-hosted by Stephanie Chee Barea and Amie Heeter, this practice holds abundance as ancestral connection — received from what came before, carried forward through us.
All gold on earth was forged in space, born from the collision of dying stars. And our human lineage reaches back the same way, past any single family line, into the stars themselves. We are stardust, remembering itself.
Through sound and steady practice, we will:
soften into the support that has always been here
offer blessings to ancestors who lived in survival mode
sense what in your lineage is intact, resourced, and still available
extend care forward to all of nature
-
You sense your family lineage carries both wounds and wisdom around worthiness and wealth
You're ready to explore prosperity as something inherited and tended
You want a contemplative practice rooted in ancient tradition and time-tested practice
You lead others and need to resource yourself from deeper wells—ancestral and spiritual
You're curious about how to transform inherited beliefs of scarcity and separateness

7 Live Weekly Gatherings

Sri Sukta is a cluster of 16 ancient Sanskrit mantras from the Rig Veda that honor the life‑giving forces of nature—growth, beauty, steadiness, nourishment, and grace. For centuries, these sounds have been used to help people attune their nervous systems to harmony and inner prosperity.
In this practice, we approach Sri Sukta not as rote learning but as something to listen to and live with. Through repetition and resonance, the practice gently loosens patterns of scarcity, isolation, or unworthiness and replaces them with a felt sense of wholeness.
You don’t need prior experience with chanting, meditation, or Vedic texts. The teachings are translated into accessible language and embodied practices that meet you where you are.

This practice doesn't require your lineage to be pure or healed. Your work is to receive what's there and steward it for those who come after, not to judge what came before.

Awaken the Sacred Within You
The Sacred Sound Body: A Feminine Approach to Mantra Practice
Sound precedes form. You are the sacred taking shape.
For 24 years, I've taught sacred sound to thousands of students—not as a technique to master, but as a path of remembering. This book is for those who want access to that teaching without the rigidity, perfectionism, or spiritual bypassing of traditional mantra instruction.
What You'll Learn
Three sacred mantras—OM, HRĪM, and So Hum—each with its own power and purpose. Not abstract spiritual concepts, but practical sounds you can use in your real life: while cooking, walking, in the shower, whenever you need to come home to yourself.
A feminine approach rooted in the Sri Vidya Tantric tradition of the Himalayan Sages that emphasizes:
Devotion over discipline — practice because you want to, not because you should
Melody and rhythm — your unique voice, not a perfect performance
Embodied awareness — feeling the vibration in your body, not just thinking about it
Permission to explore — variations, outdoor practice, integration into daily moments
Who This Is For
You're spiritually curious but done with surface-level practices. You've tried other approaches and felt something was missing. You're ready to work with sound as a living, breathing practice that actually fits your life.
No prior experience needed. No special voice or musical ability required.
What's Inside
Chapter 1: Sound Precedes Form — the science and the sacred
Chapter 2: Three Sacred Sounds for Daily Life — OM, HRĪM, So Hum with complete guidance
Chapter 3: Embodied Practice — rhythm, tapping, movement, heart coherence
Chapter 4: Outdoor Practice — forests, water, mountains, weather as your teachers
Chapter 5: Getting Started — a simple one-week framework to begin today
The Promise
