Join mantra practitioner, educator and sound healer Stephanie Chee Barea for a deeply relaxing and restorative experience where you are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations to quiet the mind, calm the body and renew your energy – perfect for busy humans seeking restoration at the start (or end) of your week.

What to Expect:

  • 60-minute immersive sound experience

  • Guided lying down meditation using sound as a central place of focused awareness

  • Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, rain drums, mantra and healing sounds

  • Time for integration, self-reflection, and discussion

What to Wear:

  • Wear warm, comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to relax and move easily. Your body temperature will drop when in stillness for long periods of time

What to Bring:

  • We will provide a yoga mat, bolster and blanket. Please also consider bringing a pillow, extra blankets, or a second yoga mat for extra thickness
