Mother's Day Sound Bath Journey

Join mantra practitioner, educator, and sound healer Stephanie Chee Barea for Held — a Mother's Day sound bath journey unfolding from 7 to 8:30pm.

We'll open with a warm herbal tea ceremony — calendula, rose, and spearmint offered as a ritual of honoring — alongside ancient mantra and sacred song. The space will be dressed in crystal and candlelight. Bring your own crystals to place on your body and bathe in the sound alongside them, or simply arrive as you are. Take home your tea blend as a keepsake of the evening.

What to Expect:

• A warm herbal ceremony to open — calendula, rose, and spearmint offered as a ritual of honoring

• Ancient mantra and sacred song woven throughout

• Full immersive sound bath with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, live instrumentation, and sacred song

• Crystal bathing — bring your own or simply receive the sound

• A take-home tea blend as a keepsake

• Time for quiet integration

What to Wear:

• Warm, comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Your body temperature will drop during extended stillness — layer up

Bring a mat, pillow, blanket, and any crystals you wish to bathe. All are welcome.
